Privacy for statement analyses
Your documents are processed only to handle the initial assessment you have requested.
What data is processed
We process the contact details you provide, your current payment provider, your message, and the uploaded PDF, XLS, XLSX or CSV file. The file may contain payment volume, fee items and other business information.
Use and access
The documents are stored for automated preliminary review and subsequent manual assessment. The upload is not sent as an email attachment. Confirmation and internal notifications contain only the information required for the request and the file name. Access is limited to the parties responsible for handling the request; use for general training purposes or the sale of data is not intended.
Hosting, transfer and retention
The file is transferred via an encrypted HTTPS connection to private, managed object storage; the application stores only the metadata required for the request and a file key in the database. The specific storage location and any sub-processors are determined by the hosting and storage providers used and may be located outside Switzerland. The uploaded file and associated request metadata are generally removed automatically from the application 90 days after receipt. Records with an explicitly documented customer-order, legal or other protected status are exempt. You may request deletion or information at any time by contacting info@p-swiss.ch.
Anonymised usage reporting
To improve the website, we record which FAQ questions are opened and how often the IC++ calculation tool is used. Only a technical event identifier, language, page path and timestamp are stored. No IP addresses, cookies, contact details, names, email addresses or entered calculation values are stored in this reporting.
Your rights
You may request information about or correction of your data, or deletion where no legal obligation prevents it. For questions about data processing, contact P-Swiss AG, Baarerstrasse 11, 6300 Zug, at info@p-swiss.ch.
